3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing3.1 Inquiry Handling and Communication
  • Purpose: Processing your inquiry, preparing a quote, communicating regarding your event, and entering into a service agreement.
  • Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR — performance of a contract or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
  • Retention Period: For the period necessary to process the inquiry and, if applicable, for the duration of the contractual relationship. Following the end of the cooperation, data is kept for 3 years in the event of potential claims or disputes.
3.2 Compliance with Legal Obligations
  • Purpose: Keeping accounting documents, tax records, and complying with other statutory obligations.
  • Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR — compliance with a legal obligation.
  • Retention Period: For the period stipulated by relevant legal regulations, generally 10 years from the issuance of the tax document.
3.3 Legitimate Interests
  • Purpose: Protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the Controller, improving service quality, and analyzing website visitor behavior for optimization purposes.
  • Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest of the Controller.
  • Retention Period: For the period strictly necessary to fulfill the given purpose, up to a maximum of 3 years.
3.4 Marketing Communication
  • Purpose: Sending commercial communications, updates, and offers of our services.
  • Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR — your consent, or legitimate interest in the case of existing customers pursuant to Section 7 (3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll.
  • Note: Consent can be revoked at any time by sending an email to rudakevent@gmail.com or by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every commercial email.
  • Retention Period: Until consent is revoked or an objection is raised.
4. Recipients of Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. It may only be shared with:
  • IT service and cloud storage providers (e.g., the operator of the Tilda platform, Google LLC as an analytics provider) — always based on a data processing agreement.
  • Accounting and tax advisors — to the extent necessary to fulfill legal obligations.
  • Public authorities — if required by law (e.g., tax authorities, courts).
Some recipients may be based outside the European Economic Area (e.g., Google LLC, USA). Transatlantic data transfers take place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or another appropriate safeguard under the GDPR.
5. Your Rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:
  • Right of Access: You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not your personal data is being processed, and to access it alongside information regarding the purpose, categories, and recipients.
  • Right to Rectification: You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data if it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or if you withdraw your consent and no other legal basis exists.
  • Right to Restriction of Processing: You have the right to request that processing be restricted in cases specified by the GDPR (e.g., if you contest the accuracy of the data or object to its processing).
  • Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive the personal data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and transfer it to another controller.
  • Right to Object: You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: If processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
